Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead major identity transformation initiatives within a large, complex organisation. You will take ownership of the delivery of enterprise identity platforms and services, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. You will be instrumental in ensuring identity capabilities are secure, scalable, and aligned with wider cybersecurity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of IAM programmes and multiple workstream projects
2. Oversee the deployment and integration of Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO solutions
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, and dependencies
4. Coordinate delivery across security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
5. Ensure identity solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance requirements
