About the Role
You’re a confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships and sharing product knowledge with customers face to face and over the phone. Efficiency and safety are vital, but your main focus will be on the customer—supporting their ideas on the shop floor or working within a one-hour click and collect service.
What We Need
You're an organized and analytical thinker who knows how to prioritize tasks and keep things simple. We provide courier, click-and-collect, and home delivery services, with products ranging from tins of paint to bags of compost or hot tubs, so some heavy lifting may be required. Being agile and flexible is crucial to success in this role. You should be eager to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is also necessary.
