First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent and Development Lead to join our growing People and Culture Team.
This is full time (37 hours per week) Hybrid role where you’ll split your time between home and our friendly and collaborative office In the centre of Oldham.
The impact you’ll make
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we develop, engage and support our colleagues at FCHO. You will help bring our people strategy to life by:
* Designing and delivering inspiring learning and development programmes that grow our people and leadership capability.
* Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organisation.
* Leading on employee engagement initiatives and helping us measure what matters.
* Supporting the delivery of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Strategy and embedding inclusive practices throughout FCHO.
* Managing apprenticeships, graduate schemes and talent development programmes to ensure we nurture and grow talent from within.
Our ideal candidate:
* Has significant experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes
* Is confident building relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation and has strong business acumen.
* Has experience in coaching, leadership development and talent management
* Holds a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and/or a coaching qualification (Desirable)
* Understands the importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and demonstrates this in all areas of their work
* Is passionate about creating an inclusive learning culture that supports continuous improvement and colleague growth
* Has experience of implementing staff surveys workshops and events
* Has experience of working with psychometric tools.
* Has experience of measuring ROI and full evaluation programmes
