As a Resident Host, you’ll be the friendly, approachable face of the building, supporting residents from move-in to long-term tenancy and helping foster a welcoming community!
Your Responsibilities:
* Welcome new residents, guide them through move-in, and provide ongoing support throughout their tenancy.
* Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
* Support community engagement through events, activities, and resident initiatives.
* Coordinate maintenance requests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and help maintain communal areas.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Your Requirements:
* Experience in BTR/Build to Rent or Residential Lettings
* Passionate about customer service with strong communication skills.
* Organised, proactive, and tech-savvy (experience with property management systems is a plus).
* Flexible and comfortable with a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including some weekend work
