“Your role in a nutshell” To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
Responsibilities
* To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
* To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
* As part of the dedicated team of Consultants, offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. Learn the products and their origins and proactively engage with customers to recommend a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - customer service experience is ideal
* Ability to communicate and listen effectively
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
