Overview
Property Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator – Royal Wootton Bassett. Full Time - Permanent. Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.45pm; Saturdays are required - 9.00am - 4.00pm with a day off during the week in lieu. Salary is dependent on experience. Previous estate agency experience is a necessity. We are currently recruiting for a Property Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator to join our family run client based in their Royal Wootton Bassett office.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role that will suit someone with previous estate agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Progressing property sales through to completion
* Conducting property viewings
* Handling telephone enquiries and customer liaison
* General office administration
* Supporting the sales team as required

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
* A proactive and professional approach
* A full, valid UK driving licence
