We are looking for a driven and passionate Project Planner who is looking to grow and develop their career at an industry leading company on a permanent basis.

The primary responsibility for this role is to provide a planning service during contract and post contract stages along with supporting tenders and Pre-Qualifications.

* Develop good quality baseline schedules based on company standards and available information. Maintain the project schedules to support the projects being delivered. This includes projects at tendering, concept, design and development phases as well as construction, commissioning and close out phases.

* Working and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers in developing their project schedules and ensuring robust analysis and challenge to the project schedules

* Identify project schedules risks and address them to the PM and/or PE

* Schedule integration across multiple projects and developing programme and portfolio level plan.

* Support Project Managers with contractor claims management

* Work with clients to determine and implement solutions to their schedule needs

* Develop and design custom schedule reports

* Provide analysis on schedule information

* Identify improvement opportunities pertaining to schedule issues

* Proactively troubleshoot schedule issues and gaps and work to resolve issues with stakeholders

* Help with the roll-out of best practise scheduling training solutions to the PM(s) community.

* Implement project schedule change control / data integrity management / base lining

* Data import / interface management

* Work with the pre-construction team to develop a linked programme, prepare logistics and sequencing plans, scaffold schedules, temporary services schedules, and temporary accommodation plans, to support the tender process

Required experience

* Minimum 8 years experience in Construction Planning

* Expert knowledge of MS Project & Primavera (P6)

* Good knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel etc

* Good knowledge of SharePoint and working on live documents via online platforms

* Good knowledge of MEP projects and civil interfaces

* Strong knowledge of Project Management processes

* Track record of working on a variety of projects including major projects

* Proven track record of achieving objectives and delivering value

* Good knowledge of Power BI and ASTA

* NEC 3/4
