About the Provision
The school supports students aged 11–16 who present with a range of needs, including:
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
* Learning Difficulties
* Challenging behaviour linked to personal or social circumstances
The setting provides a calm, nurturing, and highly structured learning environment designed to help students re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve both academically and personally.
All planning is fully prepared, allowing teachers to focus on delivering high-quality lessons, building relationships, and supporting positive outcomes for students.
The provision welcomes applications from both Primary and Secondary trained teachers, as adaptability and strong behaviour management skills are key.

The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with pre-prepared planning
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
* Support students’ emotional regulation and personal development
* Work collaboratively with experienced support staff and leadership
* Contribute to creating a safe, consistent, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS (Primary or Secondary considered)
* Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or SEND
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
* The ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable learners
* A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
