We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join the Industrial Sales Team as a Sales Manager. This role involves managing existing accounts and acquiring new business.
As part of a small, friendly sales team, you will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new customers, managing inquiries, pricing, and contracts, to fostering relationships through excellent aftercare. The role offers flexibility regarding location but requires regular in-person meetings with current and potential customers.
This position collaborates with internal teams such as marketing, sales, finance, and legal, who support tender processes and the creation of bespoke client offers. Success in this role requires commercial acumen and the ability to develop long- and medium-term account strategies, reviewing actions to ensure profitability.

About you
* Proven success, knowledge, and experience in a sales role (packaging experience is desirable)
* A full driving license
* A natural team player with a positive and energetic attitude
* Highly resourceful and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships
* Confident in negotiation, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
* A strategic thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes ideas and solutions
* Ability to work independently and remotely, with travel as needed
