A leading regional law firm is recruiting into their Corporate and Commercial team in Kent. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team who have excellent reputation and are considered leaders in their market. The team focuses on a full range of corporate and commercial work which includes; mergers and acquisitions (primarily private transactions), UK capital markets, drafting of transactional documentation, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts. They are looking for Solicitor to bolster capability. This is a fee earning role that requires the confident delivery of transactional and advisory work. Due to growth within the department there is an integral requirement to assist in business development and marketing of the firm in line with departmental plans. This role offers the prospect of joining a progressive law firm that can provide immediate exposure to high quality work alongside a friendly team of outstanding Lawyers.
