Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Role Overview
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management reporting function of one or more Business Units within the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit Head, you will provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial and non-financial information to support strategic decision-making. You will also lead budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build strong, collaborative relationships with Business Unit Heads and key stakeholders to enhance financial understanding and performance.
2. Act as a strategic advisor on financial matters, driving engagement and operational efficiency.
3. Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver insightful financial analysis.
4. Review monthly management accounts and prepare detailed Business Unit reports.
5. Develop periodic cashflow projections and support working capital management.
6. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with Business Unit Heads.
7. Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and implement best practices.
8. Oversee quarterly reporting submissions to the parent company.
9. Manage and support Finance staff, including performance appraisals and development.
