Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team within Vistry East London, at our office in Stratford, London. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Marketing Manager to ensure the delivery of the Region's marketing programme/strategy in line with Company brand and marketing guidelines, supporting the generation of targeted, quality sales leads.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director/Marketing Manager.
2. Manage marketing plans for developments, ensuring accuracy and innovative campaigns across multi-discipline agencies.
3. Support the creation and management of marketing assets such as CGIs, emails, digital advertising, signage, events, brochures, videos, and photography.
4. Maintain and update website content, including copy, images, videos, and virtual reality content.
5. Update property portal listings for maximum exposure.
6. Analyze marketing data via Google Analytics and CRM, and report findings with recommendations.
7. Support marketing communications to the CRM database.
8. Assist in collating news content for multiple channels.
9. Support administrative tasks related to marketing.
10. Conduct market and competitor research.
11. Produce briefs for suppliers on point-of-sale materials.
12. Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns.
13. Work with sales teams to keep them informed of marketing activities.
14. Support development launch activities, including signage and point-of-sale assets.
15. Manage marketing purchase orders and invoices.
16. Organize events and invitations.
17. Assist with awards submissions.
18. Provide performance reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative role with tight deadlines.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency with MS Office and excellent IT skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidence in dealing with internal and external customers.
* Own transport and a full driving license are essential.
* Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
Desirable Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
* Business administration or Marketing qualification at level 3 or above.
* Previous marketing experience and data analysis skills.
