We’re working with a fantastic community rehab team in Wales who are urgently seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist with experience in Older Adults Physical Health.
This is a locum opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a community setting, enjoys autonomy, and is passionate about helping older adults regain independence.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering OT assessments and interventions in the community
* Supporting older adults with physical health conditions
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
* Managing your own caseload
* Driving to community visits (car driver preferred)
✅ What You’ll Need
* HCPC registration
* Experience in community rehab
* Confidence working independently
* A caring, proactive approach
