We currently have an exciting opportunity to be part of a team based in Hull supporting individuals admitted to Hull Royal Infirmary with alcohol-related issues. Working as part of the central hub team, the Intensive Engagement Worker will provide advice and support to individuals admitted to hospital. The successful candidate will engage and support individuals by conducting an initial assessment of risk and care needs for planned treatment.

The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity with over 40 years of experience transforming lives affected by drug and alcohol misuse. East Riding Partnership (ERP), a collaboration between ADS and Humber Teaching NHS Trust, operates three hubs in Hull, Bridlington, and Goole. It is a multidisciplinary team led by a consultant, providing community-based treatment services, including aftercare, youth services, community rehabilitation, support for image and performance-enhancing drugs/steroids, and volunteer and peer support teams.
Note: The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK by the start of employment.
