Salary: Up to GBP 45,000 DOE
Overview
* Key leadership role within a respected law firm, working closely with the Head of Operational Performance and Strategy.
* Lead the team to meet operational, financial and performance targets, ensuring all KPIs, audit standards and quality measures are achieved.
* Provide clear strategic direction on personal injury litigation and deliver ethical, pragmatic and expert legal advice.
* Promote a positive, high performance culture and support the development of team members.
* Build strong working relationships across the business and with external partners.
The Candidate
* Solicitor with 5+ PQE and a strong background in personal injury litigation.
* Proven experience managing a team of technical specialists in a legal setting.
* Solid understanding of relevant legislation, legal processes and the wider personal injury landscape.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Able to drive team performance, promote best practice and support continuous improvement across the department.
