The Offer
* Up to A GBP 40,000 salary

The Role
* Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen.
* Lead the team during service.
* Deliver consistent, high:quality food.
* Maintain presentation and standards.
* Support menu development and innovation.
* Manage stock, ordering and GP.
* Ensure food safety and compliance.
About You
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef within B and I Contract Catering in London.
* Comfortable across retail and hospitality.
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
