We are looking for a Creative Artworker to support the delivery of exceptional visual content across the RSC's print and digital channels, ensuring our brand is consistently represented, elevated, and creatively expressed.
Reporting to the Studio Manager, key areas of responsibility include (please see the Role Profile for the comprehensive list):
* Producing high quality artwork across print and digital formats, maintaining brand consistency.
* Reviewing, preparing and supplying accurate, print ready or publishable files.
* Managing multiple design projects to tight deadlines within workflow systems.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative and audience focused design approaches.
* Liaising with internal teams and external print partners to resolve technical issues quickly.
* Ensuring all work meets accessibility standards and supports sustainability goals.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
* Strong design principles, layout skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital use.
* A diverse portfolio demonstrating flexible, high quality design output.
* Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and respond constructively to feedback.
* Strong organisational skills, able to balance multiple deadlines effectively.
This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with hybrid working available. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday days, with occasional evening or weekend work required depending on project schedules. You will be part of the Content Team, working closely with Campaigns and Audiences, Ticketing and Sales, and Marketing (London) to deliver compelling content that inspires our audiences.
