Summary
The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing business within territories for Continence Care specifically focused on Spinal Cord Injury Pathways and Major Trauma Networks.
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: North / North East England

Responsibilities
1. Execute the SCI annual business plan (as agreed with the National Sales Manager (NSM))
2. Inform and support the development of the SCI strategy
3. Work in partnership with the other members of the Spinal Team to share insights and drive success within the SCI market
4. Deliver and exceed cycle sales objectives
5. Provide feedback and progress to the NSM on all cycle objectives
6. Provide continuous competitor feedback to the team and NSM
7. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge together with new and current surgical procedures and practice
8. Assist in new conceptual projects
9. Monitor financial expenditures on cost and promotion against plan at territory level
10. Be accountable for all company assets used on territory
11. Produce timely reports as required
12. Be responsible for maintenance of company records and associated materials and stock
13. Manage and drive customer contact regarding call rate and frequency against target
14. Manage all Continence Care sales in line with the business sales strategy and Continence Care business plan
15. Develop solid business relationships within spinal units
16. Gain long term new patient referrals from Neurogenic and Urological therapy areas
17. Manage and develop all appropriate accounts in order to achieve sales targets
18. Establish, manage and develop a solid pipeline of new business
19. Ensure all sales administration is kept up-to-date in-line with Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations entered in SFDC
20. Attend sales meetings (national, regional, and mid-cycle)
21. Achieve call rates set by the company
22. Maintain and develop own knowledge of marketplace
23. Prepare information for territory business plan in accordance with the objectives agreed with the NSM
24. Analyse the territory and determine a plan for the most effective coverage
25. Contribute to QBR preparation
26. Ensure sales aids, samples and literature are maintained in excellent order
27. Understand the customer needs by demonstrating sales excellence and effective use of marketing tools to enhance practice
28. Execute customer satisfaction activities
29. Drive product (Hollister) and service offering (Fittleworth) as well as Secure Start registration
Education & Work Experience
30. Degree or evidence of equivalent academic achievement (desirable)
31. Number of overall years necessary: 2 - 5
32. Experience of the medical device industry and NHS (desirable)
33. Experience / knowledge of spinal care therapy area

43. The anticipated base salary range for this position is £48,000 - £55,000, depending on experience and legitimate business factors
