The role will focus on managing all desk-based functions related to property services, maintenance, compliance tracking, reporting, team performance, and cost-efficiency, including utility negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the maintenance department inbox and task triaging. (Fixflo)
* Ensure buildings meet all compliance standards (Fire Risk Assessments, Gas, Electrical).
* Perform first-level diagnostics for maintenance issues raised by Guardians.
* Schedule all reactive and planned maintenance.
* Manage and assign tasks to in-house and external contractors.
* Maintain and update the approved contractors list and track SLAs.
* Monitor maintenance task completion and generate monthly activity reports.
* Negotiate with utility providers to reduce costs across properties.
* Manage Salesforce data input and system accuracy.
* Oversee tools, vehicles, and material usage.
* Ensure internal coordination between departments regarding building lifecycle.
* Act as the main liaison with vendors, contractors, and office-based staff.
Key Skills
* Proven track record of administration, organisation and a keen eye for detail
* Maintenance/facilities coordination experience preferred
* Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines
* Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills (especially utilities).

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
