As their London studio continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their marketing and communications team. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design led environment; driving bid strategy, leading submissions, and helping the practice win exciting, high profile projects across the UK and abroad.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the full bid process from initial opportunity through to submission and debrief.
* Developing and implementing bid strategies, including resource allocation, fee structuring and win themes.
* Coordinating input from directors, design teams and consultants to ensure submissions are cohesive, compelling and deadline-ready.
* Writing and editing content for bids, proposals, PQQs and frameworks, maintaining a strong and consistent narrative.
* Managing the design and production of submission documents, presentations and supporting materials.
* Working closely with marketing, business development and leadership teams to track opportunities and improve processes.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience managing bids or proposals within a design, architecture or engineering environment.
* A strong understanding of public and private sector procurement, including frameworks and competitive tenders.
* Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into a clear, engaging story.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and strong skills across the wider Creative Suite.
* Collaborative, highly organised and confident managing multiple deadlines at once.
* A creative mindset and genuine passion for design and the built environment.
