Role Overview
The Creative Producer is responsible for planning, managing and delivering high-quality creative productions that bring the DUKE + DEXTER brand to life.
This role spans seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce content, social assets, retail moments and special brand projects. Working closely with the Creative Director and wider creative team, the Creative Producer ensures that ideas are executed at the highest standard - balancing budgets, timelines and logistics while protecting the brand’s artistic integrity.
The ideal candidate combines creative sensitivity with operational excellence. They understand fashion production deeply and know how to build structure around creativity without diluting it.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Production
* Lead end-to-end production of seasonal campaigns, editorial shoots and digital content.
* Build detailed production timelines, schedules and shoot frameworks in collaboration with Creative and Marketing.
* Oversee casting, crew hiring, location scouting, permits and contracts.
* Run on-set operations, ensuring shoots are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with brand direction.
* Safeguard brand consistency and production quality across all outputs.
Budget & Resource Management
* Build, manage and reconcile production budgets.
* Negotiate competitive rates with photographers, stylists, models, studios and vendors.
* Make considered decisions that balance cost efficiency with creative ambition.
* Source and manage external creatives including photographers, videographers, stylists, HMUAs, set designers and editors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and freelance talent.
* Oversee contracts, usage rights, licensing and model releases.
* Manage editing, retouching, grading and final asset delivery.
* Ensure assets are correctly formatted and delivered for e-commerce, social, paid media, wholesale and PR.
* Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Social and PR teams.
* Align production schedules with launch calendars and go-to-market plans.
* Support activations, pop-ups, fashion week presentations and brand events when required.
Process & Workflow Optimisation
* Refine production workflows and vendor systems as the brand scales.
* Track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
* Implement scalable processes without compromising creative output.
Required Qualifications
* 3–7+ years’ experience in fashion, lifestyle or luxury production.
* Proven experience producing photoshoots and/or video campaigns.
* Strong budget ownership and negotiation skills.
* Deep understanding of fashion production workflows.
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
* Calm under pressure and solution-driven.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and Google Workspace.
* Strong knowledge of usage rights, contracts and licensing.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience within contemporary, luxury or DTC fashion brands.
* Familiarity with e-commerce production workflows.
* Experience producing international shoots.
* Understanding of sustainable production practices.
* Established network of freelance creatives and agencies.
