You’ll take ownership of the business and set the tone – creating a warm and welcoming space where our customers can relax, connect and enjoy exceptional service. Whether someone’s popping in for a quick caffeine fix or settling in for their regular catch up, you’ll make sure every visit feels like a treat. You’ll lead by example – bringing energy, warmth and creating a fast and friendly culture within your team. You’ll empower your colleagues to take pride in their craft, build expert knowledge and drive sales. You know what great looks like and work hard every day to make it happen.
