4. Competitive basic salary of £50,600 per annum, with an OTE expected to reach £57,000
5. Fully equipped company van, tools, and uniform provided
6. Work within a 40-hour week, with shifts scheduled a week in advance

Duties
12. Respond to roadside breakdown assistance requests across Bromley, Kent, and surrounding areas
13. Diagnose and repair a diverse range of vehicle issues on-site
14. Work independently using a fully equipped company van
15. Provide excellent customer service to motorists in stressful situations
16. Conduct repairs on various vehicle types from small city cars to 4x4s and light commercial vehicles
17. Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate job documentation
18. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies through ongoing training
Candidate spec
19. Minimum Level 2 IMI/NVQ qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
20. Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work
21. Full UK driving license with minimal points
22. Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational and problem-solving skills
23. Friendly, calm, and confident personality with excellent communication skills
24. Flexible approach to working hours and availability for short-notice call-outs
25. Passion for helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment
