What Will You Be Doing?
As an Adviser in the Retention Team, you will:
* Reconnect with our valued clients who have cancelled policies, guiding them towards the best options and reinstating or restructuring their coverage to reduce company clawbacks.
* Be a trusted adviser, resolving objections and finding meaningful solutions for families seeking protection.
* Take ownership of your day, managing multiple clients at various stages of their journey while becoming an expert in the field.
* Join an elite team, working alongside top industry performers and achieving pre-agreed levels of new business to help protect families across the UK.
* Embrace a flexible 40-hour working week, balancing productivity and personal growth.
* Hybrid working on offer once probation is completed.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

* Brings experience in sales (a must), ideally within retention, insurance or financial services.
* Has an exceptional telephone manner with the confidence to hold meaningful, detailed conversations.
* Possesses top-notch listening skills, attention to detail, and IT proficiency to log calls accurately.
