Qualified Social Worker, North Community Mental Health Team
Pay rate £30 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a North Community Mental Health Team in Bolton Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with health and social care colleagues.
* Complete assessments in line with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation and practice guidance.
* Manage safeguarding concerns and enquiries in line with S42 of the Care Act.
* Complete CHC process requirements including CHC checklists and attending the MDT/Decision Support Tool.
* Be a good team player and work using own initiative.
* Be enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about working with adults.
