As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of cost planning, contract negotiation, and risk management from project inception to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

* Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projects
* Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes
* Oversee tendering and procurement processes
* Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks
* Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Extensive experience in complex construction projects
* Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management
