You will be working 1:1 or 1:2 and you must be able to deal with dynamic situations and changing priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting learners when they attend college or training
Evidencing learning and supporting assessment
Maintaining a safe and positive environment
Helping all learners to reach their full potential
Teaching Functional Skills up to L2
Attending social activities such as Trampolining, Gym, Music Studio, and Horse-riding.
