Business Development Manager – Woking, Surrey / WFH £35,000 - £45,000 DOE OTE £70,000 plus benefits We are recruiting for an exciting new role, a Business Development Manager to join a growing online marketing company who work with large, well-known brands and global companies. The Business Development Manager will take their new employer brand AI service to market. This is a permanent hybrid role. Job Requirements You’ll work with the Director to create and implement a business development plan that will build and expand their customer base. You’ll proactively generate new leads through marketing activity, industry events and networking. You’ll then meet and consult prospects, deliver a proposal, and ultimately close those new prospects. They plan to build a sales team of 5 within the next 18 months and if you are successful, you will lead that team. In year 2 your earnings are potentially uncapped – your success will determine your own package and there is the potential to become Sales Director and join the leadership team, directly influencing the strategy and direction of the business. Your skills Experienced in business development. You’ll need to quickly understand technology and their solutions. A strong and persuasive communicator – you need to be able to consult confidently on calls. Able to write excellent written English – you need to be the proof-reader, not someone who needs to have copy proof-read. Skilled in PowerPoint and Word — you’ll craft polished, professional presentations and proposals. Organised — able to manage multiple marketing projects, leads and prospects.
