Join ACRO Criminal Records Office as a Business Analyst in our innovative Continuous Improvement Team. In this role, you'll support digital and process optimisation initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to gather and analyse business requirements. You'll identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, creating analysis deliverables that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations to facilitate positive change. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, make a meaningful impact, and grow within a supportive environment. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement, this is the role for you.
Flexible working requests will be considered. The successful candidate must work at least 21 hours across 3 days, with hours to be discussed at interview.

Essential Qualifications
* Educated to QCF level 4 or equivalent experience
* Professional qualification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS Level 4, International Diploma)
* Significant experience in Business Analysis or similar
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Stakeholder engagement experience
* Experience with digital transformation projects
* Proficiency with digital workflow tools and process mapping
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to convey technical info clearly
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
* Experience with SaaS solutions
