Job Description
We are seeking a Planning and Logistics Manager responsible for coordinating production planning and logistics to ensure timely and complete deliveries. The role involves planning orders into the production schedule, liaising with third-party logistics providers, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation for exports.
Responsibilities
* Plan bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers.
* Maintain accurate stock levels using Sage 200.
* Communicate with the Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock based on sales forecasts.
* Work with the Sales Department to forecast demand.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Prepare correct customs documentation for exports.
* Perform other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Proficiency with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Experience tracking KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
