All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEIn this role you will play a key role in: · Design, implement, and optimize Shared Service Centers for global organizations.· Drive efficiency and scalability across HR functions, leveraging GBS frameworks to align with business objectives.· Define KPIs and SLAs to measure and track the effectiveness of shared services and GBS operations.· Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their objectives achieved.· Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
