We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to work for a small-sized care home group in one of their flagship homes. They require a passionate individual to help manage their clinical operations and ensure the provision of high-quality care. With a “Good” CQC rating, this wonderful service offers residential, nursing, dementia, palliative, respite, and physical disability care for 46 individuals. They give expert care and support for various conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, heart and chest-related problems, reduced mobility, and dementia. As the Deputy Manager, your duties will include:
1. Assisting in managing the daily operations of the care home
2. Providing leadership to care home staff
3. Stepping in for the Manager in their absence
4. Ensuring high-quality care and support for residents in line with their individual care plans
5. Supervising, training, and mentoring care home staff
6. Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and external agencies

The ideal person for the Deputy Manager role should have:
12. Previous Deputy Home Manager or Clinical Lead experience
13. The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs
14. Good working knowledge of CQC standards
15. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
16. NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
