Retail Manager – Fakenham, Norfolk
Break has over 50 charity shops in East Anglia and the West Country, operating since 1968. The income from the charity shops is vital to the development and continuation of the services we provide for children, young people and families. We pride ourselves on selling good quality donated goods at affordable prices. We operate a recycling system, so every donation is put to good use, generating more income.
Key Responsibilities
As Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for hitting the sales targets set. You will need the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers, provide excellent customer service to maximise income, source and merchandise stock, manage a team of volunteers/staff, handle cash and have an understanding of a retail environment.
Essential Information
* Salary: £23,714 per annum
* Hours: 35 hours per week
* Contract: Permanent
