Teaching Assistants – Make a Real Difference in Stratford-upon-AvonDaily Rate: £87 - £92 (depending on experience)Start Date: Immediate starts or from September 2025Flexible full-time and part-time roles available

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Communities Academies Trust to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a number of primary and secondary schools across Stratford-upon-Avon.

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
* Encouraging pupils to stay focused and motivated throughout the school day
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to help children reach their potential
* Creating a welcoming, inclusive and positive learning environment
* Helping with classroom preparation, learning resources and daily routines
* Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate staff members
We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* A true enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development
* Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred
