We are looking for a detail-focused HR Administrator to join a growing team based in Worksop. This role offers a pay rate of £12.82 per hour, Monday to Friday working hours, and hybrid working to give you flexibility in your week. The contract will be around 4 - 6 months.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key part in keeping employee records accurate and supporting the wider HR function. Your work will help ensure smooth processes for both the business and its employees.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Processing employee data and updating HR records
* Handling holiday queries and keeping absence information up to date
* Supporting employee queries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality across all HR systems and files
The Person
This role would suit someone organised and approachable, with an eye for detail. We are looking for:
* Previous experience in an HR administration or office support role
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to deal with employee queries
* Strong organisational skills and accuracy when managing data
* Knowledge of HR systems or processes would be an advantage
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
