Job Description
The responsibilities of the Junior Procurement Advisor:
3. Support the sourcing of goods, services, and projects across the organisation
4. Assist with supplier management activities, including onboarding, performance, and contracts
5. Contribute to tendering, quotation reviews, and commercial negotiations
6. Work with internal teams to provide procurement guidance and ensure requirements are met
7. Help drive value by identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting process improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Procurement Advisor should have:
8. Experience in procurement or a related role (typically 1+ year)
9. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
10. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build relationships
