Senior Engineers will manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.
Key Requirements:

* Strong communication skills, capable of delivering technical presentations and participating in design discussions, safety reviews, HAZOPs, and ALMs
* Provide technical leadership and support the development of junior engineers
* Understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, with experience in assessing existing infrastructure for mechanical design development
Most importantly, you will embody and support our values of client focus, community-oriented design, collaboration, and service excellence. You will align with Stantec’s values: 'we put people first, do what is right, are better together, and are driven to achieve.'
