The Role
Our Digital Product team is looking for a Product Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of two critical platforms: Skewb Works (modern field mobility and work management) and Control Room (real-time operational visibility). These products sit at the centre of operational transformation, supporting frontline performance and cross-system coordination. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product vision, enterprise delivery, and real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the delivery strategy for the "Works" and "Control Room" products, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and technology capabilities.
* Operate at a strategic level with the executive and board to shape priorities and scaling trajectories.
* Lead cross-functional squads (product, engineering, change) to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.
* Establish scalable delivery frameworks, rhythms, and KPIs that ensure consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Translate client and operational feedback into rapid, meaningful delivery adaptations while protecting long-term product health.
* Support and coach delivery teams to move from start-up style urgency to enterprise-level discipline.
* Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resolve blockers, and maintain a sustainable pace across product lifecycles.
* Ensure delivery strategies and roadmaps for both "Works" and "Control Room" keep pace with emerging technologies, including the effective integration of AI capabilities where appropriate.
* Represent the delivery function in key governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
Person Specification
* Strategic yet pragmatic leader with the ability to operate at both executive and delivery levels.
* Comfortable briefing senior stakeholders and unblocking delivery squads.
* High emotional intelligence and strong delivery discipline.
* Deep understanding of complex, operational environments.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead through ambiguity and change.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in leading the delivery of digital products from early-stage innovation through to scale.
* Track record of establishing scalable, repeatable delivery operations in a complex stakeholder environment.
* Experience operating at executive and board level, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust.
* Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and how to adapt them in high-pressure, real-world contexts.
* Strong grasp of AI capabilities and how they can be responsibly integrated into product strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to build high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams, including interaction with onshore and offshore hybrid delivery teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on outcomes, not noise.
* Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and facilitation capabilities.
Education and Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Technology, Engineering, Business) is desirable, but equivalent experience and qualifications will be recognised.
* Recognised product management certification desirable, but proven hands-on delivery experience essential.
* Continued professional development in AI/ML applications in digital products desirable.
