We are looking to recruit a full time Marketing & Client Services Assistant to join our Sales, Marketing & Business Development Team at our Headquarters in Hythe. This is new and varied role which will include supporting our Client Services Team with Onboarding and Client Care, follow-ups, building and maintaining relationships with our clients, referrers and business partners. You will also be supporting the Business Development Manager with marketing and BD tasks such as Social Media content and posts, Website/blog updates, brand and design, targeting growth opportunities, PR and events.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, colleagues, and external partners on the phone and in-person. Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of brand identity, marketing platforms and the firm's position for driving growth and revenue.
Familiarity with social media platforms, basic design tools and digital marketing systems is preferred, to support online campaigns and content delivery. Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail under pressure. Be a team player who builds positive relationships with clients, referrers, suppliers and colleagues.

Salary:
from £25,000 (dependent on experience).
Hours
: Full time, office based. Monday – Friday (37.5 hours p/w). Some remote weekend working will be required. Working hours to be discussed at interview.
