We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 child with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal for someone resilient, nurturing, and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
Role Responsibilities
* Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
* Encouraging positive choices and engagement
* Implementing strategies agreed with the SENCO
* Providing structured, consistent 1:1 support
You Will Need
* Experience with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or similar support-based roles
* Calm xsngvjr and patient nature
* Strong communication and resilience
