Handle incoming calls and correspondence; respond or direct as appropriate. Manage office supplies, scheduling, and filing systems. Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and communications. Minute-taking in operational meetings Generate reports and metrics for management decision-making. HR & Recruitment Support Monitor staff compliance with mandatory training and DBS checks. Consolidate the sickness report Run Itrent reports to share information with Finance and LMs Minute taking in investigations Finance & Payroll Assistance Assist in maintaining petty cash and ordering for services Consolidate agency reports for services to issue to Finance Compliance & Quality Assurance Support services and LM’s with action plans, minutes, and ensure policies and procedures are up to date. Support services with logging and tracking incidents, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
