Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and stock management
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
* Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
* Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
Skills
* Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
* Knowledge of meal preparation processes and food safety standards
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience in serving and presenting food to customers
