The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, construction, or site coordination to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. Working on a shared labour desk, you will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing blue-collar construction workers, while building strong relationships with both the client and on-site workforce. This is a site-based role (not remote), working directly on a live project in Plymouth.
