Zensar is looking for a talented Senior Salesforce System Analyst who has extensive experience in senior development and functional consulting roles on Salesforce, Field Service Lightning, SQL Server, Dot Net, and Web Services. The role involves working closely with the team to lead the design of scalable solutions that meet client visions, align with best practices, and integrate effectively into the client’s IT landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop assigned projects, support/maintenance activities related to Salesforce.com integrated systems, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, Web Services, and integration tools like Jitterbit, SSIS.
2. Assist in testing, development/support, and launch plans to ensure delivery of quality products that are user-friendly and adoptable.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to technical and functional team members, including establishing best practice guidelines and frameworks.
4. Own the design outputs from initiation to sign-off.
5. Act as an escalation point for technical and design challenges.
6. Review delivered products and work packages to ensure adherence to best practices.
7. Utilize knowledge of the ecosystem to recommend the most suitable solutions for the platform.
8. Contribute to project and delivery planning.
9. Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
10. Work with a pragmatic, can-do attitude, meeting delivery timelines and communicating risks and issues clearly.
11. Articulate and define complex architectures simply for stakeholders.
12. Establish governance structures and perform periodic reviews at multiple levels.
13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams, both in writing and verbally.
14. Identify opportunities to add value through automation and efficiency improvements.
15. Lead, train, and mentor team members in Salesforce, Field Service Lightning, SQL Server, Azure Web Services, Access, and serve as Solution Architect on some projects.
Technical Skills Required
* Minimum 8+ years of experience with Salesforce and Salesforce certifications, along with AWS certifications.
* At least 8+ years of experience with SQL Server, Web Services, Azure, and Jitterbit.
* Scrum Master Certification is desirable.
* Expertise in managing Azure resources including virtual machines, databases, and networking.
* Detailed knowledge of designing declarative solutions within the Force.com platform, including Data Sharing, User Management, Lightning components, Flow, and Process Builder.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Community Cloud, and AgentForce.
* Experience developing REST/SOAP Web Services with multi-layer interface security.
* Proficiency in integrating different data sources using Jitterbit cloud, Private Agent, and APIs.
* Experience integrating ServiceNow (ITSM) with Cadalys ITSM (Managed Package Salesforce).
* Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, AppExchange, GitHub, Jira, OwnBackup, SiteTracker, Jitterbit.
* Knowledge of designing solutions using SQL Server, Azure, and AWS.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Qualification:
* Relevant Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent (IT-related qualifications may be required).
