Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

A growing asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced dual-skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Hampshire and the wider London region.

The Role
* Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
* Undertaking air monitoring (background, reassurance, personal testing)
* Completing four‑stage clearances
* Recording site data using mobile software systems
* Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports
* Acting as a professional technical contact for clients
* Maintaining full compliance with UK asbestos legislation and internal quality standards
Requirements
* BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
* Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst position
* Strong understanding of UK asbestos legislation and guidance
* Professional, flexible approach to site work
* Full UK driving licence
