Overview
As an Associative Technical Analyst - End User Computing, you'll play a key role in supporting the tools and platforms our colleagues use every day. From laptops and mobile devices to collaboration software and cloud-based services, you'll help ensure our end users have a seamless, secure, and productive experience.
This is a hands-on role where your technical skills and customer focus will make a real impact. You'll work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, improve services, and support continuous improvement across our end-user computing environment.
What you’ll bring
You're a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others succeed.
* Educated to degree level in computing or similar, or an equivalent combination of education, training (with vendor certification), and experience
* Experience in IT support or technical analysis, ideally in an end-user computing environment
* Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools
* Troubleshooting and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Technical knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
o Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive & Exchange
o Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager suite (ConfigMgr, CMG, Intune, Autopilot), Azure AD
o Windows 10/11 build automation, image management, task sequences, driver integration
o Active Directory management, GPO, LDAP, disaster recovery
o Windows as a Service and patch management
o DEP & MDM solutions
o PowerShell, VBScript and scripting
o Certificate management
o Security tools (Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Defender)
o Printing solutions
