THE COMPANY:
This is a well-known retailer group in the homeware space, catering for all their customer needs. With both in-store and online offerings, they are currently going through a digital transformation, and they are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to work on a range of customer analytics projects, immediately getting to add value to the company!
THE ROLE:
As a Customer Analyst, you can expect to:
* Work daily with SQL to conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour and trends.
* Work on customer segmentation to create better customer profiles
* Utilise these segments in order to have the best customer contact strategy for personalised campaigns
* Create a clear customer view, understanding key metrics like retention, lifetime value and loyalty
* Communicate data insights in simpler terms with the wider business, as well as manage relations with stakeholders
