6-month contract, 3 days per week - up to £60,000 pro rata

* Degree-level qualification in business or law
* Ability to analyse risk, draft precise documentation, and deliver under pressure
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a role with real influence. You’ll work closely with R&D, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and Senior Management to make sure commercial foundations are rock-solid. Expect to:
* Lead the evaluation, drafting, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts and agreements – from international R&D collaborations to complex sales contracts, consortium agreements, and government tenders.
* Be a trusted advisor to the board and senior stakeholders, ensuring commercial risks are managed and opportunities maximised.
* Manage Intellectual Property rights – from patent and trademark applications to infringement claims – and protectinnovations.
* Contribute to company policies and commercial procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
* Play a key role in major transactions, due diligence processes, and dispute resolution.
