Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects
Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
Assist in preparing learning materials and organising displays
Help manage behaviour and track student progress
Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and families
Take part in regular training and receive ongoing support throughout the school year
