Job Summary:
* Skill areas in at least three of the following:
o Rough and finishing with carpentry
o Remodeling and upgrading bathrooms
o Refresh and remodel kitchens
o Interior and exterior painting
o Repairing and patching drywall
o Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical
o Installation and repair of flooring
* Confident in the following areas:
o Customer service and client relations
o Building codes
o Material management
Job Requirements:
* Driver’s license and insurance
* Background check/screening
* Personal vehicle and tools
* Strong references
* Smart phone + Internet access
* Contractors must have liability insurance and workers comp
